Hello - I was selling to Amazon as a vendor but now I am trying to transition back to seller central. Amazon is giving me a very hard time and trying to prevent me from listing my products. I keep getting told the same answer below. I need to know what my rights are to end my contract relationship with amazon vendors and have the ability to list new products on seller central. I'm not sure what the best route is to get my outcome of not being controlled by the amazon vendor team anymore. "MY COMPANY" is not going to be able to list new products on Seller Central, due to their existing Amazon Vendor relationship, through which we source products directly for sale by Amazon. This is consistent with the Amazon Standards for Brands Selling in the Amazon Store policy that exists to protect the customer experience on nationally available brands. Since the inception of our store, one way that we have ensured a great customer experience is by sourcing products directly from Brand owners and selling them to customers in the Amazon store.
