Job Description: I am seeking an experienced healthcare attorney to review and ensure compliance of our client intake forms with relevant laws and regulations, including HIPAA, Florida-specific healthcare laws, and best practices for informed consent and liability protection on a behavioral health practice. Responsibilities: Review and revise client intake forms for legal compliance, clarity, and enforceability. Ensure all documents align with HIPAA regulations, Florida healthcare laws, and industry best practices. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar license in Florida (preferred). Minimum 3+ years of experience in healthcare law, with a focus on compliance, contracts, and patient documentation. Strong knowledge of HIPAA, informed consent, liability waivers, and state healthcare laws. Detail-oriented with strong contract drafting and compliance review skills.
