New shipping company that connects shippers/ truckers , need full stack software programmer

We want a website to connect individuals who need to ship something with people with empty trucks already traveling there or willing to travel there for a fee. We will need a start to finish website for phones and computers. We will take a percentage of the haul. For example, people shipping stuff can post a need to ship something. Where and when it needs to go and how much they are willing to pay. Then the empty trucks will post what and when and for how much they are willing to travel. Truckers will have to have their own liability insurance and clients could pay extra for extra insurance. After the bidding, the client will pick their best fit. After the client pays all shipping fees, we take our percentage and when both are satisfied they delivered their stuff, we release money to shipper. Shippers will have requirements like, a DOT number, insurance, Drivers license, background check etc...We will need a full stack computer software developer. You must be a US citizen and English must be your first language. Must have done something similar or the same thing...This could turn into a full time job at some point. We run background checks on programmers so please be honest. We will also need help on getting people to the site...advertising it online etc...We check references, so please make sure you are qualified for this job from prior work before you apply. Thanks.
