Job Description: We are seeking a skilled blog and website content writer with experience in the financial sector to create clear, engaging, and SEO-optimized content for our site. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of financial topics and the ability to translate complex information into content that is approachable, informative, and valuable to our target audience. Responsibilities: Write and edit blog posts and website copy (service pages, landing pages, educational content, etc.) related to personal finance, investing, financial planning, and other relevant topics Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy, relevance, and trustworthiness of all content Collaborate with our team to align content with our brand’s tone, values, and audience Optimize content for SEO (keywords, meta descriptions, internal linking, etc.) Develop content that supports lead generation, thought leadership, and user engagement Meet deadlines consistently and be open to feedback and revisions Requirements: Proven experience writing finance-related content (please include relevant samples or a portfolio) Strong understanding of financial topics (e.g., retirement planning, wealth management, budgeting, taxes, investing) Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for both B2B and B2C audiences Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools Strong research skills and a commitment to accuracy Reliable communication and timely delivery AI Usage Policy: We allow the use of AI tools (such as ChatGPT or Jasper) for brainstorming, outlining, or light research.
