Go High Level (GHL) CRM Specialist — Life Insurance Automation Expert About The Role: Diversifi Life Financial is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Go High Level (GHL) CRM Specialist to take full ownership of our CRM systems and automation processes. We are a rapidly growing life insurance agency focused on IUL, annuities, and wealth-building strategies — and we need a CRM expert to build, automate, and optimize every digital client interaction at scale. This role is for a true GHL power-user who knows how to build, automate, integrate, and optimize everything inside Go High Level — from websites, landing pages, funnels, automated SMS & email sequences, calendar booking systems, to full client journey automation with AI/chat GPT integration. Responsibilities: 1. CRM & Automation Buildout Transfer & recreate all current assets, funnels, automations, triggers, and workflows from an existing GHL account (owned by another company) into a brand-new GHL account owned by Diversifi Life Financial. Ensure zero downtime or loss of functionality during transition. 2. Funnel & Website Design Build out custom landing pages, VSL funnels, lead capture forms, appointment calendars, and automated scheduling workflows specific to the life insurance sales process. 3. AI Integration & Client Communication Integrate Chat GPT within automated text & email flows to create personalized and human-like communication with leads and clients. Implement blue verified text messaging to increase deliverability and trust. 4. Calendar & Scheduling Automation Integrate dynamic calendars for multiple team members and agents. Auto-schedule consultations, follow-up calls, policy review calls, and renewal reminders. 5. Lead Management Systems Automate inbound lead routing and notifications for agents. Set up lead scoring, tagging, pipeline management, and automated CRM workflows based on client status or actions. 6. Ongoing Optimization Recommend and implement new automations or features to increase efficiency, conversion rates, and client engagement. Maintain CRM hygiene — data accuracy, clean tagging, updating workflows. Requirements: Proven experience building & managing advanced systems in Go High Level CRM (Minimum 2+ years) Deep knowledge of: Funnels & Landing Page Creation Automation Workflows Chat GPT/AI Integrations SMS & Email Marketing Automations Calendar & Scheduling Integrations CRM Data Management & Reporting SaaS API integrations (Zapier, Webhooks, etc.) Previous experience working with life insurance agencies, financial services, or high-ticket sales businesses is a BIG plus. Creative problem solver & proactive in improving processes. Preferred Skills: Copywriting skills for SMS/email automation sequences. Knowledge of compliance considerations in life insurance communication. Experience with Kixie Dialer, Slack, or other sales tech tools. UX/UI Design within GHL for optimal lead conversion.
