Overview: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Auto Claims Adjuster to work on a critical data labeling project for Nirvana. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in claims evaluation and insurance policy analysis to accurately label claims and policy data. This data will underpin our analytics, quality assurance, and future development efforts. Key Responsibilities: Data Labeling & Categorization: Review, analyze, and label insurance claims and policy documents in accordance with established guidelines. Identify and extract key data points ensuring that classification is accurate and consistent. Quality Assurance: Verify the integrity and consistency of labeled data. Flag discrepancies or data irregularities and provide detailed feedback to the team. Collaboration: Work closely with the project and data teams to refine labeling guidelines to address emerging challenges. Communicate effectively to ensure that any updates to the process or criteria are understood and implemented. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of work performed. Adhere to confidentiality protocols and relevant regulatory compliance standards. Required Qualifications: Proven experience as a claims adjuster or in a similar role within the auto insurance industry. Solid understanding of insurance claims processes, policy evaluations, and industry regulations. Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy. Competency in data entry and familiarity with standard office tools. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative remote team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with data labeling, annotation projects, or working within data evaluation frameworks. Familiarity with insurance data standards or claim management software. Background in analytics, quality assurance, or related data management areas. Work Location: Remote/flexible.
