We’re a growing web and marketing agency looking for an experienced Figma website designer who can lead website strategy and design for our clients. This role involves direct client communication, so strong presentation skills and fluency in English are essential. Requirements: - Advanced in Figma - Can join weekly client calls - Can have video and great audio quality on client calls - Must speak fluent English Web Strategy - Conduct a 60-minute strategy call with the client to understand their goals. - Create a wireframe UI/UX solutions in Figma. - Come up with a website sitemap - Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights using tools such as Hotjar, WEVO and Heatmaps. - Present the wireframe and strategy on a client call. - Clearly explain why design choices support business objectives. Web Design - Very advanced in Figma - Knows Figma components and advanced techniques very well - Can present the design to the client on a call - Speak to why you designed the way you did
