One-Time Contact List Organizer for Music Nonprofit

We’re a nonprofit that empowers people through music and songwriting, and we need help cleaning up and organizing our contact list. This is a one-time project to: • Review contact submissions from our website • Remove duplicates and fix any formatting issues • Sort contacts by their interests (e.g. retreats, volunteering, events) • Create clean email lists we can use for outreach • Recommend a simple system if ours needs improvement We’re currently using [Google Sheets / Mailchimp / etc.], but are open to tools that make this easier.
