What You’ll Do As our Demand Generation Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of attracting and converting prospects into highly qualified leads. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email, social media, paid search, and content marketing. Lead Nurturing: Develop and manage automated lead nurturing workflows to engage prospects and guide them through the sales funnel. Performance Analysis: Measure and analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization and ROI improvement. Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to align on lead qualification criteria, ensuring a seamless handoff of leads. Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to develop high-value assets such as whitepapers, case studies, and webinars. Audience Targeting: Leverage data and insights to identify and refine target audiences for campaigns. Marketing Tech Stack: Manage and optimize marketing tools, including HubSpot CRM and analytics software. Event Promotion: Support webinars, virtual events, and industry conferences to drive lead generation and brand awareness. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in demand generation or performance marketing, MUST BE in SaaS. Expert Proficiency with HubSpot Strong understanding of paid media strategies, including Google Ads and social media advertising. Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics tools like Google Analytics Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus but not required.
