Seeking Junior Level Designer

I’m a creative studio owner with over 14 years of experience and I manage multiple client projects. To meet increasing demand, I’m looking for a reliable and skilled junior designer to collaborate with on overflow work.

 As the overseer of these projects, I’ll provide clear direction on design and project goals, ensuring alignment with client expectations. This role requires someone who can work independently while also communicating effectively with me throughout the process meeting sometimes tight deadlines.

 What I’m Looking For:

 • A minimum of 3 years of experience (agency experience preferred).
 • High proficiency in Adobe CS (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft or Google Suite (mostly for presentations). 
• Ability to work in Canva and Figma are a plus
 • A strong portfolio showcasing various forms of marketing collateral (digital & print, sell sheets, PPT, brand guidelines, documents), digital design (ads, email, etc.)
 • A commitment to delivering polished, high-quality work, and attention to detail. Making sure not missing things like asking you to put your favorite color in the title of your proposal.
 • Ability to work within established brand guidelines while bringing fresh, creative ideas.
• Reliability in meeting deadlines and collaborative communication.

 What You’ll Be Doing:

 • Collaborating on smaller tasked projects 
• Handle production tasks 
• Following creative direction while offering insights and ideas to enhance the final deliverables. 
• Managing revisions based on feedback in a timely and professional manner.
