This logo will be for a Real Estate Mastermind community named: the "Above Asking Investor Community". The community consist of successful investors to include house flippers, new construction developers, and portfolio accumulators. The core focus of this group is to create a space where investors Learn, Connect, and GROW. "Above Asking" has a dual meaning. This term refers to homes selling above their asking price because of superior design and demand but it also refers to receiving more from the universe due to positive energy and intentions. The logo for “Above Asking” should feature a modern and elegant design that reflects the concept of real estate investment success and exceeding expectations. • Icon: A sleek and minimalistic house icon is the centerpiece, symbolizing the real estate aspect. Integrated within the house is an upward arrow, subtly incorporated to signify growth, value increase, and selling above the listing price. This arrow gives the impression of upward movement, suggesting success and high returns. • Colors: The logo uses sophisticated and professional colors, such as deep shades of blue for trust and reliability, with accents of gold and silver to convey luxury, quality, and exclusivity. • Typography: The name “Above Asking” is displayed in a bold, contemporary sans-serif font. The text is clean and straightforward, positioned either on the top left or top right of the house imagery. The typography exudes a sense of modern professionalism, further emphasizing the aspirational nature of the brand. I'd like to logo to incorporate the roof lines and walls but in reverse imagery. As an example, the curved line should be ascending from Left to Right (instead of descending from right to left) to signify growth.
