Instagram to Facebook Page Connection Help

I'm having trouble connecting my client's business Instagram brand page to its Facebook Page due to access issues. I'm currently experiencing the following: - I have partial access to the Business Manager account and partial Admin access to the Facebook Page. - I need full control of both to link them. - I can communicate with someone who has full control, but they need to adjust my permissions or assign me the necessary access level. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. please note that sharing of credentials WILL NOT be done but step by step guidance or remote control access is permitted.
