Actualizar un window overlay

estoy tratando de hacer una overlay window que se superponga a las demas apps y que muestre un gif, estyo usando la libreria overlay_windows_plugin el proyecto ya funciona muestra el gif, solo hay un pequeño error y es que necesito arrasstrar la vista para que se reproduzca el gif, si lo suelto se pausa, trate de hacerlo con un contador y un _timer el problema fue el mismo hasta que no arrastro la vista no se actualiza pero el programa sigue corriendo, pienso que es algo de kotlin directamente y no de flutter necesito ayuda para resolver esoCategory: IT & ProgrammingSubcategory: Apps programming.
