Job Overview: We are seeking a talented Director of Social to join our social media department. This role involves strategizing, implementing, and managing social media campaigns across various platforms for a growing portfolio of clients across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will be creative, analytical, knowledgeable about diverse sectors, and passionate about social media trends and digital marketing. After the first six months, the number of accounts managed will increase, offering an exciting opportunity for growth and diversity in work. Key Responsibilities: -- Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with each client’s social media stage, business goals, and marketing funnel (i.e., brand awareness). -- Account Management: From onboarding new clients to strategizing, creating content calendars, reporting, and optimizing strategies, you will guide each account through its entire lifecycle. -- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for different social media platforms, including posts, stories, and videos. While you won’t be responsible for creating visuals, your vision will guide our design and media teams in their creation. -- Community Management: Develop strategies to engage with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews. -- Analytics: Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns to continuously optimize strategies and report on ROI. -- Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of the latest social media trends and best practices to keep our strategies cutting-edge. -- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, as well as our design and media teams, to ensure brand consistency across all client accounts. -- Advertising: Work closely with the advertising team to strategize social media ad campaigns, including budget allocation and targeting. -- UGC Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers and UGC creators to expand brand reach and engagement. Qualifications: -- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. -- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating successful management of multiple accounts across various industries. -- Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube. -- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics. -- Experience in conducting audience and buyer persona research. -- Good understanding of social media KPIs. -- Familiarity with design and video editing tools. -- Exceptional multitasking skills. -- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. -- A team player with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Other important notes: 1) Must be able to zoom with video on and have good lighting 2) 5 years minimum experience in running multiple social media accounts 3) Be personable and have great customer service skills 4) Must understand TikTok trends along with LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
