we’re a former ycombinator founder and ycombinator partner (with a previous exit to google) team looking for an ai fluent (or at least a desire to learn) operator to take over and drive the pristine energy drink launch. your first job will be to take our rough project plan and turn it into something clear, organized, and executable — think: cleaned-up roadmap, gantt chart, google sheet with weekly milestones, and rewritten plan docs. this is a hands-on role where you’ll be expected to push things forward, not just advise. your core mission is to help us make a yes/no call on whether pristine is a viable business. that means: - running financial analysis and modeling (unit economics, contribution margin, basic 12-month model) - helping generate concepts, product mockups, and branding variations (you’ll work with ai tools or creative freelancers) - coordinating the landing page build (framer, notion, etc.) and running basic demand tests via paid ads and communities - finding and communicating with manufacturers (via alibaba or sourcing agents), handling samples, and managing pre-production - setting up shopify/stripe + logistics if the business is a go, then you'll be helping formalize the business setup — q1 plan, early systems, basic infrastructure and either running it as a project manager / general manager or finding that person we want someone who’s scrappy, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-moving zero-to-one environments. this is a full-time commitment, ideally long-term if things go well. bonus points if you’ve helped launch a physical product before, but what matters most is that you can own this process and execute it step-by-step.to apply please review the sketched launch plan and start your application with the words yc so we know you've read to the end.
