We’re looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager to support our growing relationship-focused brand. This role involves managing and scheduling content for Instagram, a Facebook Page, a Private Facebook Group, and YouTube. You’ll help us expand our reach, build meaningful community engagement, and promote our podcast, YouTube series, and expert-written content focused on secure relationships, attachment theory, and emotional intimacy. You’ll be provided with reels, podcast clips, and YouTube videos. Your job is to repurpose these into aligned content across platforms, write captions that connect with our emotionally intelligent audience, and schedule posts according to our weekly content rhythm. Responsibilities: • Write emotionally attuned, research-informed captions for Instagram and Facebook posts • Design visually aligned graphics (quotes, carousels, thumbnails) using brand style • Schedule and manage posts using Meta Business Suite and YouTube Studio • Moderate and respond to comments in the private Facebook group (supportive tone) • Coordinate post releases with our weekly podcast and YouTube video • Collaborate with our internal team for guidance on copy tone and target themes ⸻ Requirements: • Strong experience writing captions and creating posts for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube • Skilled in graphic design tools like Canva (or Adobe Suite) • Familiarity with relationship/psychology content a huge plus • Ability to write in a warm, emotionally intelligent, research-informed voice • Understanding of content strategy and post scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio) • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to take initiative and work independently ⸻ Preferred Qualifications: • Interest or background in attachment theory, couples therapy, or personal development • Experience managing Facebook Groups and encouraging healthy discussion • Experience supporting podcast or video-based brands
