I own a fast-scaling residential moving company, and we’re ready to dominate our market — the right way. I’m looking for a full-stack growth marketer who understands how to turn paid traffic into booked moves, build out complete attribution, and track every dollar from ad to revenue — across all relevant channels. This isn’t an “experiment with our budget” type of role. I’m not looking for someone to run isolated campaigns. I want someone who will build and run the entire marketing machine so I can focus on operations and sales. ⸻ This Role Requires Someone Who: • Has successfully scaled a moving company or similar service business • Is confident across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube Ads, Local Ad Networks, and SEO • Knows how to track every dollar using pixels, UTM parameters, tags, event triggers, and more • Has experience setting up and managing conversion tracking across Google Analytics, CallRail, HubSpot, and CRMs like SmartMoving • Builds dashboards that clearly show CPC, CPL, booked jobs, ROI, and profit per channel • Can build or optimize landing pages, funnels, and retargeting sequences • Is obsessed with scaling what works and killing what doesn’t — fast • Can recommend and test local media buys, radio, Craigslist, influencer sponsorships, or other local channels where relevant ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across: • Google Search & Display • Meta (Facebook & Instagram) • YouTube (Video ads with CTAs + retargeting) • Local digital and offline advertising opportunities • Set up and maintain all pixel tracking, tags, UTM parameters, retargeting segments, and CRM triggers • Improve and maintain SEO strategy and GMB performance (we want to rank top 3 consistently) • Build or optimize landing pages and ad funnels focused on conversions • Use CallRail, HubSpot, SmartMoving, and other tools to track source-to-sale performance • Maintain full control of the marketing dashboard: show what’s working, where our dollars are going, and what’s producing revenue • Be proactive with weekly reporting, ad reviews, and optimization strategies • Constantly test new creatives, offers, CTAs, and audiences to improve performance • Coordinate with our team when a new campaign needs to go live or updated (example: promotions, seasonal ads, service add-ons) ⸻ Must-Haves: • Proven experience with lead generation in the moving industry or home service space • Strong track record of improving CPC, CTR, CPL, and ROI • Deep understanding of full attribution and how to prevent wasted spend • Ability to work independently and own the marketing pipeline • Fluent in Google Analytics 4, Ads Manager, CallRail, CRM integration, and funnel strategy ⸻ Bonus Points if You Have: • Familiarity with SmartMoving or HubSpot CRM integrations • Experience testing Craigslist ads, influencer partnerships, or local newspaper/radio • Creative direction skills — can help us shoot videos or write compelling ad copy • Knowledge of direct-response marketing and conversion psychology ⸻ What You’ll Get from Us: • A company that’s already generating revenue and needs the right marketer to scale • No micromanagement — just clear goals, fast decisions, and full transparency • Long-term opportunity to grow with the company as we expand • A team that understands sales and ops — we just need the machine that keeps the phones ringing ⸻ Who Should NOT Apply: • Agencies working with our competitors or offering generic “ad management” • Anyone who can’t prove ROI from their past campaigns • Freelancers who want to “test things out” with no real strategy • Those who can’t explain where the money went and what it produced
