About the Role: We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and organized Marketing Coordinator / Assistant (Freelancer) to help grow H&L Studios through strategic advertising and streamlined marketing efforts. You’ll manage our digital ad campaigns and keep our marketing systems running smoothly — helping us turn leads into dream remodels. Key Responsibilities: -Launch and manage Google Ads and Meta (Instagram/Facebook) campaigns. -Track ad performance and optimize for cost-effective lead generation. -Manage our lightweight CRM or lead tracker (HoneyBook, Airtable, etc.). -Assist in creating marketing reports (website traffic, ad ROI, lead volume). -Support campaign launches, promotions, and social media content creation using Canva. What We're Looking For: -Experience running digital ads (Google, Facebook/Instagram). -Proficiency with Canva for content creation (posts, stories, simple ads). -Strong organization and communication skills. -Comfortable juggling multiple platforms and light admin tasks. Bonus: Familiarity with home services, design, or construction industries
