Responsibilities: • Research and compile lists of relevant creators (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.) • Send engaging, high-converting outreach messages (DMs, emails, comments) • Track replies, follow up consistently, and pass leads to our team • Refine messaging based on what works • Maintain an organized system for leads and conversations ⸻ You’ll thrive in this role if you: • Know what makes a great short-form creator • Write punchy outreach messages that grab attention • Are methodical and organized with lead tracking • Optional but ideal: background in creator marketing, talent scouting, or social growth
