Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok to increase engagement and grow our community Plan and schedule content with consistency using tools like Later, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite Create and manage weekly email marketing campaigns via platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or FloDesk Track and analyze performance metrics for social and email (reach, open rates, CTRs) and use data to improve Stay on top of social trends, algorithm changes, and influencer opportunities Collaborate with the founder to align marketing strategies with product launches, promos, and seasonal goals Experiment and iterate—because we’re in startup mode and nothing is set in stone (except good vibes)
