Daytrip is seeking a Facebook/Instagram Ads Specialist to implement ad campaigns on Instagram that effectively reach and engage our target audience and drive sales of our products. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement Facebook and Instagram ads. - Manage the ad campaign setup, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and scheduling, using Facebook Ads Manager and other relevant tools. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and conversion rates, to identify areas for optimization and improvement. - Generate reports and insights on advertising performance. Requirements: - Experience in managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, preferably within the retail or fashion industry. - Strong understanding of Facebook ads manager. - Ability to interpret campaign data and metrics. Extra: - An eye for creating visually captivating ad creatives (using Daytrip's library of images) that drive sales. - Live in Denver / Boulder area and can meet in person
