Growth & Revenue Optimization Expert for Scaling Healthcare Startup We are redefining autism care by empowering providers to start and run independent practices—without dealing with administrative overhead. We handle everything from client acquisition, RBT hiring, billing, and scheduling so that providers can focus on delivering care. We’re looking for a Growth & Revenue Optimization Expert to help us establish a scalable growth engine. This role is focused on acquiring new clients, optimizing revenue streams, and building a repeatable growth playbook. If you have experience in growth marketing, revenue optimization, digital acquisition strategies, or business development, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Drive inbound and outbound strategies to increase patient enrollment through referral partnerships, digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta, SEO), and direct outreach. Revenue Growth: Identify and optimize key revenue drivers, ensuring strong conversion rates, customer retention, and LTV expansion. Partnership Development: Build strategic relationships with pediatricians, schools, behavioral health providers, and other referral sources. Marketing & Experimentation: Test and scale high-impact growth levers, improving conversion rates across our website, landing pages, and ad campaigns. Data-Driven Execution: Analyze key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, etc.) to fine-tune marketing spend and acquisition channels. Funnel Optimization: Streamline lead generation and onboarding processes to improve conversion and reduce drop-offs. What We’re Looking For: Proven track record in growth marketing, business development, or revenue optimization. Strong experience in referral partnerships, B2B/B2C acquisition, and lead generation. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO. Data-driven approach—ability to analyze conversion metrics, optimize CAC/LTV, and scale profitable channels. Creative problem-solver with a bias for execution and rapid iteration. Prior experience in healthcare, digital health, or insurance-driven models is a huge plus. Why Work With Us?
