We’re seeking a savvy, strategic social media expert who knows how to build community and amplify purpose-driven brands. We’re looking for a social media strategist who can help our nonprofit clients grow their online presence by engaging with their audiences and providing thoughtful recommendations on content and strategy. You won’t be creating the content yourself—but you’ll be the one telling us what works, what doesn’t, and how to make it better. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and deeply knowledgeable about what drives engagement across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter). You love social media not just for its trends, but for its power to build connections and advance important causes. You’ll focus on community management, audience engagement, and analyzing performance to help shape smarter, more impactful social strategies. What you’ll do: - Manage day-to-day social media engagement for nonprofit clients—responding to comments, sparking conversations, and growing communities. - Monitor platform activity, identifying opportunities to build relationships with audiences and increase visibility. - Analyze performance metrics and provide clear, actionable insights on what’s working and where there’s room to improve. - Make recommendations on content strategy, voice, and posting cadence to help maximize reach and engagement. - Stay on top of social media trends, platform updates, and best practices—bringing fresh ideas and strategies to the table.
