We are a small business looking for a creative, organized, and communicative Social Media and Email Marketing Manager to oversee and grow our online presence. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, crafting and sending email marketing campaigns, engaging with our audience, and collaborating to produce visually appealing content for both email and social media channels. Social Media Management: - Develop and schedule posts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Amazon posts, and X (formerly Twitter) that resonate with our target audience. - Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages across all platforms, fostering a positive and engaged online community. Implement strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility through organic tactics and creative campaigns. - Track performance on all platforms and provide reports on engagement, follower growth, and post effectiveness, adjusting strategies accordingly. - Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all social media platforms to align with our brand identity. - Develop creative campaigns and posts to highlight product features, benefits, and promotions to drive sales and brand awareness. Email Marketing: - Create and send monthly email campaigns using MailChimp or similar platforms to engage with our customer base. - Develop content for email blasts, including product launches, promotions, updates, and company news. - Ensure emails are visually compelling and on-brand. - Track the performance of email campaigns (open rates, click-through rates, etc.) and optimize content based on analytics and feedback.
