Started advertising last October. Business was good and leads were converting through December. Only running PPC on Google at that point. Decided to expand into Meta in January. Leads were coming through and some conversions, but client was not happy with the number of leads that were just price shopping. And things have not improved. We are still getting a lot of people that are just price shopping. We do appeal to newer and more high end vehicles. I have targeted users with a higher income, have luxury vehicle interests, and featured the deal in the actual ad copy and on the landing page. All in separate campaigns. I have run ads sending people to the website and form fills on Facebook. Still we are talking to a lot of people that ask about the pricing and just decide not to purchase. Or they don't answer at all and don't call back. Owner is rightfully growing more frustrated and I am struggling to find what else we can do to improve the results. The video we are using features the price of the deal, the video is of the application being done on a vehicle, and the user will be directed to the landing page with the deal stated again. Do I need to change the creative? Change the Targeting Strategy? Are any other businesses for high ticket times seeing more price shopping and fewer people ready to make a purchase? Hoping to set up a consultation to talk through this with an expert that can lend some help to improve results.
