Worcester Investments, a Kansas City-based real estate firm specializing in multi-family properties, is seeking reliable freelancers for ongoing support with copywriting, website maintenance, and graphic design. This role involves semi-regular updates to our website and related materials, with a primary focus on copywriting. We are looking for candidates with proven experience in copywriting, along with website maintenance (preferably with WordPress and GoDaddy) and graphic design for minor updates. Responsibilities include writing and maintaining website copy that aligns with our established brand voice, ensuring smooth website functionality, and making occasional graphic design updates. This role does not involve rebranding, building a new website, or software implementation. Rather, we are seeking someone to provide reliable assistance with our existing branding and voice. We are especially looking for a copywriting specialist, with proficiency in website maintenance and graphic design. Given the nature of our investing business, which can be volatile, we are also open to having backup designers, website maintainers, and copywriters available as needed. If you're interested, please provide your hourly rate, examples of your work, a property package (if relevant), and an estimated time of completion for tasks. We’d also like to understand your process for copywriting and request base and express cost estimates. Familiarity with Go High Level (GHL) is a plus. We value long-term relationships and offer flexibility in a remote role. Please include your ideal and minimum lead times for typical tasks.
