Job Description: As an independent contractor, you’ll ditch the “stay in your lane” mindset and hone entrepreneurial skills to deliver tailored, tech-enhanced solutions. You’ll guide injury victims with clear communication, using AI tools to craft strategies that beat market outcomes. Your case results will feed our algorithms to build separate funds where investors can invest, driving larger investments and amplifying your impact—all with flexibility and rewards tied to your success. What You’ll Do: • Lead case strategies, prepare legal documents, and advocate for clients in court and during settlement negotiations. • Leverage AI to optimize approaches. • Support clients with timely updates. What We’re Looking For: • 1–3 years in personal injury, medical malpractice or general litigation. • Preferably barred in Texas, New York, Pennsylvania, or New Jersey (open to other states with the right fit). • Analytical, tech-savvy, proactive, ability to lead cases. • Strong writing and communication.
