We are looking for an experienced Make.com automation specialist to streamline and optimize processes for our rapidly growing real estate companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workflow automation and direct experience creating solutions for real estate brokerage, property management, or lead generation. Key Tasks Include: Designing and implementing automations using Make.com to connect tools such as Airtable, Google Workspace, CRM platforms (e.g., Follow Up Boss, HubSpot), Zapier-integrated services, and other real estate-specific software. Developing workflows to automate lead routing, follow-up sequences, transaction coordination, email notifications, document management, and data synchronization. Troubleshooting existing automations and refining workflows for enhanced reliability and efficiency. Qualifications: Demonstrable experience with Make.com (Integromat). Prior experience or familiarity with the real estate industry preferred. Proficiency with connected platforms (Airtable, Google Workspace, DocuSign, CRM tools).
