I’m looking for a strategic social media and marketing manager to support my therapy and wellness brand on a quarterly basis. You’ll help turn one dedicated content day into 2–3 months of high-quality, consistent content across Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook—built around marketing best practices and aligned with my brand voice. I am hoping to find someone to keep on retainer if this contract is completed well. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with me to brainstorm quarterly content strategy that resonates with my ideal clients (professionals 25–45 seeking personal growth, boundary-setting, and emotional wellness) - Develop a content list and filming prompts based on current trends, educational value, and marketing goals - After I film the content, you’ll: - Break down raw video into short-form reels, posts, carousels, and quote graphics - Write compelling captions with strong hooks, storytelling, and calls to action (CTAs) - Schedule posts using a social media scheduler - Optimize posts for engagement and conversion (e.g., saving, sharing, lead generation) - Provide marketing insight into content performance, trends, and how to best use social media to build trust, brand awareness, and inquiries - You’re welcome to bring in or collaborate with a video editor (within your quoted rate) --- What I’m Looking For: - Experience managing social media for mental health, coaching, or wellness brands - Understanding of content marketing, lead generation, and how to nurture an audience - Comfortable using social media to promote digital products, therapy services, and free resources (e.g., email signups, course waitlists) - Knowledge of scheduling platforms - Aligned with my Afro-Biophilic brand aesthetic and can capture a warm, professional, culturally competent voice --- Platforms - Instagram (primary – reels, carousels, quotes, stories) - YouTube (shorts + long-form) - Facebook (repurpose from IG) --- Bonus if you have: - Email marketing or funnel-building experience - Comfort tracking basic engagement metrics & conversions - Ability to pitch or collaborate on lead magnet ideas
