here's the gig: Thought leadership series with CEO of company, and possibly other key individuals to be dealt talking points that are individual tidbits, thoughts anecdotes, and passionate explanations of why this company is the solution for their target audience's X & Y. The goal is to shoot as much footage and cover as many topics as we can...and capture several hours of interview footage to be cut down into dozens, if not 40-60 short edits that are thought provoking, important, interesting, and relevant to the company's mission, and helps bring their presence tot he forefront of networks like linkedin on a weekly/monthy basis. 1-2 days of filming...TBD 1 or 2. Day(s) will look like this: -Filming time - 8 hours w a 1 hour break for lunch -10 hour day, 1 hour prep, 1 hour break down -Location - small-mid size company office in St. Paul, MN -2 camera set-up interviews, main camera straight on, b cam potentially on sticks with an auto or manual slider (slider experience would be preferred/helpful). -Lighting/ C-Stands, cameras, lenses, memory cards, audio recording equipment, etc will need to be rented at a local Camera rental house in St. Paul or surrounding areas. - I will be the DP/director shooting Cam A and directing the on - camera speakers, as well as producing the shoot. - should you be able and willing to assist with picking up rental gear the day before, for us. We could discuss further compensation beyond the set rate, if not will figure it out. -I would be flying into St. Paul the day before the shoot, I can meet and assist as well. Just making a note. -If you have all gear needed, or some, please respond with what gear you have, and we can discuss further compensation, or nitty gritty details in those regards. On that note this is everything we need for this shoot: Set Up: - 3 point interview lighting - 3 LEDs, Arri, kino, whatever's clever if not LEDs, may need difussion/softboxes - C-stands / however many needed 5-6 (less if lights/monitors come with stands) - boom mic and mic pole for attaching to C-Stand for overhead static mic -Lav mic for secondary recording if needed or just Lavs no boom, TBD -h6n or equivalent pro audio recording device + memory cards -Cameras, at least either 2 Canon R6's, or Sony ZV-E1 - or better! - 2 sets of tripods w fluid head for video statchler / manfrotto etc - Len's for both cameras 35mm prime, 50mm prime and a 18-100 or 24-70 zoom -memory cards, x4-8 128gb - 512gb at least 1 always in cam for shooting, 1 for offloading DIT on-site to be reformatted. The more the merrier, if we have 6-8, may be able to not format after dumping to hard-drive, in which case that's another back up if needed in case anything crazy happens with DIT/data transfer. (I'll handle that in the background or have someone assist. - Roll of Gaff tape -Stingers x 3 (lighting if needed) x 3 for studio monitors, x 1 for boom mic (if needed) -Clamps x 8 at least, you never know... -Apple boxes x 2 -Equipment rolling cart x 1 -directors chairs x 3 -Studio Monitor for client (will be behind everything) -Studio Monitor for both our cameras -Flags for gaffer x 2 -bounce x 1 -hard drive for DIT on site - 4tb (I should be able to have that delivered. On that note, I may be able to have other items on this list delivered to the office/set location. -may need additional directors chairs depending on needs of H&M if we have H&M Don't think I missed anything but you understand all of this, and can either assist with providing some equipment, or helping the day before with prep that would be great.
