Description: We are seeking a reliable Freelance WordPress Developer to assist with a small immediate need, as well as the ongoing maintenance, optimization, and enhancement of our WordPress website. As a WordPress Developer, you will work closely with our marketing team to ensure our website runs smoothly, remains secure, and stays up-to-date with the latest best practices. Responsibilities: - Support finalization of website landing page, specifically support: -- Updating the header image -- Updating the examples section -- Embedding a video into the page (versus pointing to it) - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the website Requirements: - Proven experience developing and maintaining a WordPress site - Strong knowledge of WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL - Familiarity with website optimization and troubleshooting techniques (e.g., caching, image optimization, site speed improvements) - US-based developer preferred to ensure schedule alignment.
