Instructional Designer Needed to Build LMS-Based Certification Course (Script & Structure Provided) Project Type: Fixed-Price Contract Duration: 10-12 weeks (Full Build) Platform: Kajabi (preferred) or Thinkific Course Length: ~22–26 hours, 9 Modules + Certification Exam Status: Full curriculum, scripts, and module outlines provided Project Overview The full curriculum (~22–26 hours) has been developed, structured across 8 core modules + 1 capstone and 1 certification exam. Each module includes narration scripts, learning activities, visual guidance, gamification ideas, tool references, and learning outcomes. We now need a senior-level Instructional Designer or eLearning Developer to turn this well-developed content into a fully interactive, multimedia-rich, LMS-ready experience. What You’ll Be Responsible For: Instructional Design & Structuring • Convert provided module scripts and outlines into structured lessons • Apply instructional best practices for pacing, clarity, and engagement • Break the course into microlearning segments and ensure learning outcome alignment Multimedia Integration • Design interactive slides, quizzes, scenario-based activities, and video content • Coordinate or create visual assets (infographics, simulations, etc.) • Use tools like Synthesia (or similar) to create avatar-based video narration Gamification & Activities • Integrate challenges like KPI leaderboards, simulation labs, and chatbot-building games • Implement reflection prompts, downloadables, and scenario-based decision trees LMS Configuration • Upload and configure all content in Kajabi (or Thinkific) • Set up course navigation, learner flow, certificates, assessments, and completion tracking • Ensure WCAG 2.1 accessibility and a responsive, mobile-friendly experience Ideal Candidate • 5+ years in Instructional Design or eLearning Development • Portfolio of LMS-based, certification-level course builds • Hands-on experience with Kajabi, Thinkific, LearnWorlds, or comparable platforms • Familiar with AI-based tools like Synthesia, Canva, Articulate, or Vyond • Can independently manage a project of this scale from content to delivery Deliverables • LMS-ready 22–26 hour course (fully designed & uploaded) • All 9 modules (plus 1 mini-module + final exam) built and tested • Branded, interactive design using provided scripts, visuals, and storyboards • Live and ready for learner access in 10-12 weeks To Apply Please include: • A short note on your experience with LMS courses (especially long-form builds) • Portfolio or work samples (especially Kajabi or similar platforms) • Your preferred approach/tools for instructional design and multimedia creation • Your proposed timeline and fixed-price or milestone-based quote
