HuLoop Automation is a fast-growing startup building a next-generation AI-powered future of work platform. Our mission is to streamline digital operations by empowering business users to automate complex, cross-application tasks. We’re tackling big challenges in automation and looking for sharp, creative engineers to help us push the boundaries of what’s possible. We’re looking to improve two key components of our desktop automation platform: Desktop Recorder – A tool allowing clients to record desktop application interactions. We're currently focused on improving: - Integration between the recorder and our core automation platform. - Element disambiguation (e.g., handling multiple instances of the same element name like “Price” through indexing or other logic). Desktop Driver – A runtime automation engine that interacts with the UI elements of desktop apps based on the recorded data. This role involves debugging existing code, implementing targeted enhancements, and helping us optimize these tools for accuracy, performance, and maintainability. You’ll collaborate with our engineering team to solve complex UI automation challenges. The ideal candidate would be located in the Sacramento region and willing to work in a hybrid capacity, joining us onsite in Auburn approximately once per week for collaboration, whiteboarding, and hands-on testing. Remote work is expected for the majority of the time, but occasional in-person presence helps ensure smooth alignment with the team and faster iteration cycles.
