I need help developing a web or mobile app

I have put together a version of the app that I want with Appsheet. I don't have the right pricing plan or expertise to deploy it confidently and list it in the apple and play stores. The deployment part of it and making it available for users outside of my organization is where I am stuck. It might need to be build from scratch with something other than appsheet.
