Fix Shopify inventory issues, improve Shopify website.

We are looking for an experienced individual to solve inventory issues on our Shopify storefront and make general improvements to the customer experience. We are industry experts, but not website experts. Our ideal candidate will have significant Shopify experience. While this is product with a clear vision in mind, we are open to candidates who can provide ongoing value via website management and marketing. In sum: -Fix "out of stock" issues that do not match backend inventory status -Create site-map and implement via pages and menus. Site should be intuitive, and it's not quite intuitive at this time. -Evaluate shipping profiles and make suggestions/improvements based on your expertise We are a small, family run business. We want a candidate who is trustworthy, self-motivated, and relatively independent. No changes should be made without prior approval, and the candidate should submit a scope of work with a clearly defined number of hours needed for this project. Thank you
