About the Role We’re seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Paid Ads Manager to join our team and support our existing ad operations. You'll be responsible for creating, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search/Shopping/Display), and other platforms. You will work closely with our creative and strategy teams to drive consistent performance and growth for e-commerce clients. The ideal candidate has strong creative instincts, data fluency, and a deep understanding of direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands. Responsibilities Launch and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok (a plus) Perform regular A/B testing of ad creatives, headlines, CTAs, and landing pages Analyze campaign performance metrics and report insights with actionable takeaways Collaborate with the creative team to brief and test new ad variations Monitor budget pacing, ROAS, CPC, CPA, and overall funnel health Identify new opportunities to scale profitable campaigns Set up audience targeting, exclusions, custom/lookalike audiences, and retargeting Stay up to date on platform changes, policy updates, and new ad formats Requirements 3+ years managing paid campaigns with proven ROAS results Strong experience in e-commerce and DTC campaigns Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) Excellent communication and reporting skills Experience with creative performance feedback and iteration Availability to work during Pacific Time hours Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Triple Whale, Northbeam, or attribution tracking software Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) TikTok Ads experience Creative copywriting or concepting abilities Basic understanding of landing page UX and CRO Familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, or Notion
