Identify issue and resolve suspension with Google Merchant Center

My website peptidology.co has a Google Merchant Center suspension. I've appealed once which failed. Google's response is You must not display prohibited healthcare-related products or provide services facilitating their sale Google has different requirements for promoting these products in different countries No identified products are being shown as being the culprit. I don't know what specific products or descriptions are causing the problem so I don't know what to fix. I have 15 products.
