We’re a small digital agency, ShaneWebGuy.com, working with local service businesses across the US. This role is long-term and includes consistent projects. Your tasks will include auditing websites for SEO issues, optimizing site content and metadata, running paid campaigns in Google Ads, monitoring performance in tools like GA4 and Google Search Console, and providing monthly reports with clear results. You should be up to date on the latest changes in SEO and paid search strategy. We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience in SEO. You should be confident working with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Tag Manager. Strong communication and reporting skills are essential. Experience with US-based local service businesses or prior agency work is preferred.
