Remarkable Land, LLC is hiring a real estate marketing specialist. Responsibilities: - Create and manage property marketing collateral. - Research and compile property listing information (e.g. legal description, utilities, GPS coordinates, map, survey, etc.). - Prepare website and property listings. - Prepare social media posts, reels, videos, etc. Requirements: 1) Prior real estate marketing experience (preferably in commercial real estate or rural land). 2) See #1. 3) See #2. 4) Detail-oriented & creative. 5) Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g. Canva or Adobe) & content creation. Benefits: - Remote opportunity with flexible, part-time hours. - Project-based position & compensation. - Opportunities for advancement.
