We’re Hiring: Part-Time Social Media Manager ($15–$30/hr | Remote | 2–3 hrs/day) Franchise Top Picks is looking for a creative, organized, and AI-savvy social media manager to help us grow our YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and podcast presence. What you'll do: Manage & grow our YouTube channel (SEO, thumbnails, tags, titles) Watch interviews and pull key hooks for short-form content Repurpose content into reels, shorts, carousels, and audiograms Turn audio into a podcast and distribute across Spotify, Apple, etc. Oversee our video editor and any vendors (Fiverr, etc.) Keep content organized by topic, format, and design style Track growth metrics and recommend improvements Study competitors and help us stand out Must have: Experience managing YouTube channels (not just editing) Strong understanding of short-form video trends and SEO Knowledge of podcast distribution Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or Descript Examples of channels/accounts you’ve helped grow
