Illustrator work to finalize one portion of book cover

I have a book cover that has drawings of people at the bottom. I am in need of the same type of drawing on the back (it would be a drawing of four people from the back, two people would be based on a photo I will provide and the other two will be of two people from the back as well...the four are facing the other way thus from the back. They would be shown across the bottom of the back of the book.
