⸻ Project Overview: We’re rebuilding our website, MerchClubHub.com, from the ground up—and we want to do it right. We’re a creative B2B brand that helps companies create branded experiences through custom merch. Our clients include healthcare companies, construction groups, and service-based businesses. We’re not a standard e-commerce store—we focus on partnership, storytelling, and brand connection. We’re hiring a Website Content & UX Strategist to help us define the full foundation before we engage our designer and developer (who is already selected and waiting for a clear plan to execute). ⸻ What We Need From You: We want you to lead the planning phase. That includes: • Website Goal Clarification: Help us define the purpose of each page and what action users should take. • Page Structure & Sitemap: Recommend what pages we need and how they should be organized (both user-facing and for SEO/content purposes). • Content Hierarchy: Outline what each page should communicate, including section order, key messages, and ideas for CTAs. • User Flow or Journey Mapping: Create a visual map or outline showing how different audiences might move through the site. • Information Architecture & Navigation Suggestions: Clean, simple, intuitive. • Tone & Messaging Guidance: Optional but helpful—if you can suggest or lightly sketch content direction, we’d love it. You will not need to do design or development—that will be handled by our designer (Mykola). But we do want you to create a clear brief and handoff plan he can execute confidently. ⸻ About You: • You’ve done this before for B2B brands, service companies, or storytelling-based websites (not just e-comm). • You understand how brand purpose and conversion can live on the same page. • You can work collaboratively—giving structure while staying flexible. • Bonus if you understand SEO structure, but we care more about clarity and UX than just keywords. ⸻ Deliverables We Expect: • A shared document or Notion board that outlines: • Site goals • Page map (sitemap) • Content sections per page • Basic flow/journey notes • Messaging outline or voice/tone brief (if applicable) Optional: Wireframe sketches, if that’s part of your process. ⸻ How We Work: We value clarity, fast responses, and creative energy. You’ll be working directly with the founder (Chris), and we move quickly when we find the right partner. This project can be completed over a 1–2 week “sprint” if planned well. If this goes well, we’d love to keep you on for future brand, messaging, or content planning needs. ⸻ To Apply, Please Include: • One example of a website you helped plan (especially B2B or brand-led) • A brief overview of your approach to discovery and planning • Your availability and proposed timeline for this engagement ⸻ Let us know if you prefer hourly or flat rate—we’re open to either if the fit is right
