Virtual assistant job description protocol development & construction, llc is a fast-growing real estate development and construction company operating in washington, dc (eastern standard time) and atlanta, georgia. The company seeks a dedicated, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy virtual assistant fluent in English and Spanish to work directly with the CEO. The ideal candidate will have advanced Microsoft Excel skills, strong communication abilities, and the availability to work during U.S. Business hours (EST). This is a long-term, part-time, or full-time role (depending on availability and performance) supporting executive-level tasks, project tracking, and light admin work. Key Responsibilities Include: • Maintain and update project tracking spreadsheets (Excel) • Create formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data summaries in Excel • Translate documents (English ↔ Spanish) • Draft and send professional emails (English/Spanish) • Make phone calls, schedule meetings, and manage calendars • Perform research (vendors, suppliers, government programs, etc.) • Track construction progress or milestones using templates • File management and document organization • Assist with bid submissions or proposals (template-based) Required Skills & Qualifications: • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup/xlookup, conditional formatting, data validation, charts, formulas, etc.) • Excellent computer and internet navigation skills (web development skills a plus) • Fast and reliable internet connection with backup access • Ability to follow directions and work independently and productively • Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications (Not Required): • Familiarity with U.S. Construction, architecture, or real estate terms • Experience working with U.S.-Based businesses • Knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive) • Experience with project management tools • Experience drafting scopes of work or handling permit/project documents Work Hours: • Must be available to work at least 4 hours/day between 8:00 am – 6:00 pm est • flexibility to increase hours based on performance and workload compensation: • hourly rate: $4 to $8 (usd) based on experience and location • bonus potential based on performance and reliability • opportunity for pay increases with proven performance and initiative application requirements: 1.
