This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in high-paced environments, loves purpose-driven work, and knows how to generate, engage, and convert leads into high-value clients. You’ll build our pipeline, secure appointments, and close deals with mission-driven organizations. Who You Are Tech fluent (share your stack) Proven record selling to executive-level buyers ($35K–$150K+) Confident self-manager with availability to deliver Experienced in both inbound and outbound lead handling To Apply Send your resume Share sales strategy + approach you’ve used to drive results Explain how you would approach this role and help us hit targets Key Responsibilities Sales Targets & Accountability Reach and exceed sales goals: $75-90K/month Set and track daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals Drive consistent daily action to meet revenue and engagement targets Send daily reports on progress, wins, and challenges Sales Pipeline Development Build and manage a strong pipeline of warm and cold leads Identify and engage new leads through outbound and inbound channels Manage sales systems, scripts, and processes Appointment Setting & Prospect Engagement Schedule discovery calls, survey demos, and standard workshop previews Share Kriseles' collateral, including one-pagers and videos Maintain timely and professional follow-up with prospects
