UI/UX Designer Needed with Unique Style needed for Fun Mobile App

Hi There! Please read full description before applying!! My name is Nihar and I'm the PM for a live gameshow mobile application called Pump Party. We're a fast-growing startup - we conducted our first live show last Saturday and had 500+ live users join and compete in our show experience. The show experience is a weekly live show with a host, who takes the users through a set of high humorous, engaging mini-games, accompanied by music. The top 3 winners are highlighted and win cash prizes. Your task - we're looking to create a leaderboard to display our previous show's winners, their score, show their payout status, and their Instagram. This leaderboard will persist and grow over time so it should be scalable. I'm looking for someone to understand the nature of our app, and think of out of the box, fun, creative design ideas for this leaderboard. You should be able to present several concepts, and iterate quickly on good ideas. DO NOT apply to this post if you are not creative, and/or only have cookie cutter, basic application design experience (gym, health, fintech apps). We embrace new design styles, and want to keep it fun. If you have worked in game design, or have a knack for fun stuff like this, you may be a better fit. Looking forward to hearing from you!
