We’re a high-performance agency working with ambitious brands. We're looking for a Creative Project Coordinator/Producer to join our team on a contract basis for ongoing work. Who We’re Looking For: This role goes beyond traditional project management. You won’t just move tasks from point A to point B, you'll be at the heart of the creative process, acting as the bridge between our internal Performance Marketing teams, Creative teams, and Clients. We need someone who: * Has a sharp creative eye and can provide thoughtful creative revisions early in the process, not just traffic deliverables. * Knows how to write clear, concise, and inspiring creative briefs. * Is confident in coordinating across teams (Designers, Editors, Strategists, Performance Marketers). * Is comfortable interfacing with clients, gathering feedback, and translating it into actionable next steps. * Can help prioritize feedback, offer input on design/copy direction, and make smart judgment calls on early versions of creative before escalating. * Thrives in fast-paced environments, stays calm under pressure, and enjoys managing multiple creative workstreams at once. Responsibilities: Partner with internal teams to understand strategic goals and translate them into strong creative briefs. Task and coordinate designers, writers, and editors. Manage timelines, milestones, and delivery of creative projects from kickoff through revisions to final delivery. Review early rounds of creative and provide direction. Liaise with clients on feedback, manage expectations, and ensure revisions align with goals. Keep all stakeholders in sync and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Experience working in advertising, marketing, or branding environments, ideally within a fast-moving agency or startup. Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills. Bonus if you’ve worked with performance-driven creative (e.g. paid social, DTC, eCommerce brands).
