We’re seeking a confident, client-facing professional to lead Certification Strategy Calls with newly certified Most Loved Workplace® companies. Your job is to: Guide HR and employer brand leaders through their certification report Explain how their employee data connects to outcomes like hiring, retention, and culture strength Recommend strategic next steps: additional certifications, package upgrades, and branding actions Help our clients unlock the full value of their certification You’ll be the first post-certification contact—so your tone and insight matter. This role sets the stage for long-term partnership and success. Responsibilities: Lead 3–6 Zoom calls per week (30–45 min + prep/follow-up) Review internal reports and SPARK/LOWI data before each call Present tailored insights (hiring pipeline, attrition patterns, employer branding gaps) Recommend next certifications (e.g., Diversity, Women, Mental Health, Veterans, etc.) Coordinate with our sales team on upsell opportunities Maintain accurate notes and internal summaries Ideal Fit: Background in HR, org psych, DEI, talent strategy, Employer Branding, or employee experience Strong communication and consultative skills Experience working with HR or executive-level leaders Can read and explain data reports with clarity and insight Empathetic, curious, and business-minded Logistics: Remote / Contract (via Upwork) Paid per completed call (with bonus for upsell outcomes) Must be available for U.S. and European time zones Opportunity for long-term work if successful To Apply: Share your background in employee experience or HR consulting Tell us how you approach client conversations Include your availability for weekly calls
