We are looking for a Growth Marketing & Customer Success Manager to help values-driven companies and nonprofits maximize the impact of our Impact and Advocacy SaaS platform. This role is 50% customer success and 50% growth marketing, requiring expertise in onboarding, consultative support, and lead generation. The ideal candidate has experience with SaaS, nonprofit marketing, digital fundraising, or talent acquisition and understands the power of storytelling to build culture, attract talent, and engage audiences. Bonus points if you have design skills to create compelling content! Key Responsibilities: - Customer Success (50%) Onboarding & Engagement: Guide new customers to quickly adopt our platform and integrate it into their workflow. Consultative Support: Help organizations leverage storytelling to strengthen employer branding, fundraising, or recruiting. Customer Advocacy: Capture and share customer success stories to inspire others and strengthen our brand. - Growth Marketing (50%) Lead Generation: Develop inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to attract values-driven businesses and nonprofits. Content Marketing: Create blog posts, emails, social media content, and landing pages that resonate with our audience. SEO & Demand Gen: Optimize our digital presence, track marketing performance, and refine strategies for growth. What We’re Looking For: ✅ SaaS Customer Success Experience – Hands-on experience with onboarding, training, and retention. ✅ Values-Driven Business or Nonprofit Knowledge – Experience with employer branding, recruitment marketing, or social impact campaigns. ✅ Marketing & Growth Skills – Expertise in content marketing, demand gen, and lead nurturing. ✅ Tech-Savvy & Data-Driven – Comfortable with CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools, and SaaS platforms. ✅ Design Skills (Bonus) – Canva, Adobe, or similar tools for creating visual content. ✅ Availability – Minimum 4 hours daily between 9 AM - 7 PM EST.
