We're looking for a seasoned digital ad designer who excels at turning campaign briefs into high-performing creative assets. This is a freelance, project-based role ideal for someone who moves quickly, thinks conceptually, and can independently produce polished visuals—including copy and layout—for display and social ads. The ability to create custom illustrations is a bonus. What You’ll Do: Translate campaign briefs into cohesive ad concepts across formats (display, social, static, and animated HTML5) Handle light copywriting and copy editing as part of the design process Collaborate with the marketing team to refine creative direction based on feedback Adapt quickly to new brand guidelines, tone of voice, and value propositions Deliver high-quality ad creatives in 4–5 days (per project) What We’re Looking For: 6+ years of experience in digital advertising design Deep experience concepting and executing visual campaigns from scratch using creative briefs Proficiency in designing responsive, performance-driven display ads and social media creatives Experience with HTML5 animation (coding ability is a plus but not required) Strong visual storytelling and copy sensibility, with the ability to self-edit Comfortable working independently, managing deadlines, and adjusting to feedback Bonus Points: Ability to create original illustrations to enhance ad creative Experience adapting creative for A/B testing and campaign optimization Familiarity with multiple brand styles and the nuance of translating positioning into design
