Role: We’re seeking a part-time Project Manager to oversee ad campaigns and branded content projects, working with remote creative teams. You’ll manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for both client work and internal initiatives. Flexible 90-day contract to start. Responsibilities: • Manage multi-channel campaigns from kickoff to delivery. • Coordinate teams (writers, designers, editors, marketers). • Develop project schedules, track budgets, ensure creative quality. • Communicate with clients and stakeholders. • Proactively manage risks and resolve conflicts. • Support internal marketing and brand growth. Must-Haves: • 5+ years in project management (agency, sports, gaming, or luxury branding preferred). • Portfolio showcasing successful projects. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Proficient with project management and collaboration tools (Asana, Slack, Zoom, etc.). • Self-motivated and deadline-driven.
